The property was clean, featured lovely design; I liked it. Just walking distance from interesting places, because a train station was near to the hotel. No complaints whatsoever, the venue exceeded all expectations.

Came in Florence to relax and have fun, this small hotel was characterful base for doing it. I loved my recently refurbished room, it was neat. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Florence.

We have spent 3 days in twin/double room with comfy beds and the second hair dryer, for example, everything was great. The service was good, totally satisfied. Suitable place for exploring Florence.

Small hotel & fairly clean, its location is best possible very near to train station n right beside the pick up point for the Mall outlet store. The breakfast is savoury with many options, has appetising food.

All we needed for short stay in Florence. And it also had particularly good view. Plenty of DELICIOUS food, we loved it. Efficient service too.

Meal in the morning was nice, lovely views and beautiful location. A supermarket and a mall were right next door. Individual room for an incredible stay. The dining room was good. Perfect service offered in this hotel too. Furthermore, I had no problems with free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

It was clean enough and the staff were respectful, beds were soft. The location was practical, at a medium distance from a cathedral-flanked square. I loved shuttle bus offered here too: )

Impeccably clean place, restful staff, wonderful location. A short walk to a train station, only a short distance to a supermarket and shopping centers. Plus, a fortress palace was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. We booked an a double room and it was lovely, very comfy beds. Reasonably good breakfast, a lot of options available. Convenient check in and late check out.

The hotel was well-designed and fairly clean inside, I loved it. Big size suite and comfy bed. Again, a 15th-century Dominican church was not far.

Superb base for visiting department stores and a supermarket very close to the hotel. Convenient location and consistent prices. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like trattoria da giorgio that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Rooms with a modern decor.
